Terry Daniels arrived right at the start of my two hour window and promptly diagnosed my AC water back up problem and explained the situation to me. He left to get tools he needed and promptly returned, working through lunch time. Fixing got a bit more complicated than planned and he had to make a trip under the house through a very small closet floor crawl space to fix a pipe. Terry Brien's to be commended for excellent service, efficient and effective work and professional courtesy.
