Sending me a message that begins:
Dear Wholesale Tool customer,
We have not yet received your reply.
We would like your opinion of Wholesale Tool....
before I've received the ordered merchandise is not what I would call good customer service, but then this message didn't come from WT. On previous orders I have found the merchandise, service, total interaction above to well above average. Phone calls or emails were courteous, honest, and timely. Not having seen the carbide inserts, how can I rate them or the current service (total experience)? You just sent the email that the "order has shipped" on 5/29 (which could mean that it is still on the loading dock awaiting pickup for shipping), and here it is 5/30 and you're badgering me that "We have not received your reply...." First off, I don't live next door; Second, the package is being shipped UPS ground - not next day air; last, perhaps a different wording of your request for feedback might not cause such rankle.
But thanks for the premature request for feedback.
