The Staff at the Indianapolis Branch are always great to work with and are always on top of things. They carry a great selection onsite and work to make sure that if they have to get it from elsewhere, that it is expedited and personally call me the minute it is in. Everything purchased was exactly as discribed. I purchased a small lathe and had a minor problem with the cross feed. Your service department ship me replacement parts the next day. Awesome service. Other than consumable products, everything I have purchased in the last 4 years is still as good as the day I received it. more

I've visited the store in Warren Michigan and shopped online, both are good experiences. In the store, I sometimes see items I'm not looking for but would be helpful in my work as a mechanic. Shopping online I can find things that are not on display at the store and often find it easier to find a specific item I'm looking to purchase. Selection is great, I've bought items I never dreamed were available but were just what I needed for work. more
