I have attempted to purchase from Wholesale Tool Company more than one time without success. What has happened to me was that after my order was placed I was informed that the product was not in stock and that it was on back order. After an extended period I was informed that my order could not be filled and it was canceled. I was asked if I wanted the back order to be filled, which I was willing to wait the time, but was disappointed when it could not be filled. This happened to me on separate occasions about a year apart. The third time I place an order and it was shown to be on back order I was asked if I wanted to wait for it to be filled, just like the other two times. This time I asked if I waited would the order be filled or would be canceled like the times before. I received a short and an uncaring email response stating that the order was no longer on back order and was canceled by the customer service representative. I do not ever see me doing business with the Wholesale Tool Company.
