Tool shown in stock but were back ordered 3/18/2014

When I placed the order (web), it showed in stock. However, later that day was on back order. Went off back order in 4 days and shipped, but was a little disappointed. Luckily, I did not need the tools right away. Quality and price was good, need to keep web site up to date. more

poor quality mechandise 3/11/2014

The customer service wasn't horrible but it wasn't stellar either. Overcharged for shipping initially but was refunded in full for entire purchase, including shipping, due to poor quality merchandise. I can't comment on everything they sell, obviously, but only what I attempted to purchase. Just verify whether you're purchasing authentic, manufacturer-produced items or overseas knock-offs before you purchase. more

Impressed with catalog and Order 3/7/2014

Wholesale Tool Company has the most impressive catalog of merchandise variety at reasonable prices that I have ever seen. My first order was only a small order but was handled very promptly and efficiently just as if it had been a larger purchase. The ability to purchase on line is very user-friendly and secure. Their follow-up on order confirmation and status of shipment and delivery is much appreciated. I definitely intend to make future purchases from this company and highly recommend mechanics, electricians, wood-workers, hobbyists, etc. to view the catalog selection to see what I mean. more

a good friendly service with a wide selection of not only common tools, but the less common ones too and at a good price hobbyists like me can afford. It was those less common tools at a good price that attracted me to them. Service and customer help was also very good, i recommend them. more

Didn't get what I ordered and paid for 1/8/2014

I ordered the part on December 11th. They sent me the wrong part. I emailed as soon as I received my order on December 27th and was told the next day that the part was not available. They did let me keep the wrong part and refunded my money, but I really needed the part that I ordered. Even in the emails where we discussed shipping (shipping was about 2 times what the part cost), there was no mention that the part was not available. This was my first experience and I'm not sure if I will ever order from them again. more
