9/20/09 Bought Hot tub at the Fair. Delivered 16 Oct 09. Called 21 Oct. with problems, cloudy,smelly water even with increasing filter time, also; loud noise when turn bubbles off. Damage on shell . Was told I would be called by Rick.Rick never called. Went in to store 24 Oct, talked with Clyde and explaned problems and while I was still talking and asking questions he answered his cell ...I think it was ""hello snukums"" talked on the phone while I waited, then just wandered away and I hadn't finished asking questions... Glenn at the counter suggested putting in a work order, which I did and when he called Clyde for something about this, clyde(while still on his cell phone call)said rick would call by the end of the week to schedule time to check out hot tub,""He's the expert"". Rick never called! Clyde continually cuts you off when trying to speak, he is very disrespectfull and never seems to tell the truth in my experience. I Called back the 28th Oct because had not recieved a call. Spoke with Clyde and told how busy Rick is...I listed to his BS for a while and again told Rick will call. I believe the 2 Nov when I called I spoke to Julian, who assured me it would be taken care of by the end of the week and then he gave the phone to Clyde, with out letting me know I was talking to someone else. Clyde again reassured me (I'm being sarcastic here) Rick would call and be out by the end of the week. 2 different calls Clyde put me on hold to call Rick and let me know he would call me. I have sugar coated the last couple calls. Clyde is rude and talks over me! Today 5 Nov. around 5:40 I was told Rick was about to call me and had like 4 or 5 of my numbers with him and he would call in 10 to 15 mins according to Clyde...I don't have 4 or 5 numbers!! It is 7:00pm and still no call from the elusive Rick.....
