We bought a spa from Wholesale in Sept 2008, although there was a long lead time, (which was because the manufacturing company was behind - not Wholesale's fault) the tub is awesome!! We love it so much that we also bought a pool from them last summer - very helpful staff. They explained all of the chemicals to me, and helped me vacuum and perform some maintenance on the pool. My neighbor bought a pool from the other company and have had nothing but nightmares! I'm so glad that I made the right choice. Everybody is well trained, and helpful. I've dealt with everyone there and not had a bad experience. The service tech does take alittle while to get out, but he is just one guy servicing the whole state (that's what he told me), and he does good work, and always called me when he said he would. My guess is the person that had the problem wiht clyde must have been one of those naggy on and on kind of people. I have been in customer service all my life and know all about those that just won't listen and folow instructions. My brother bought a pool from them this summer, and he loves them too.
