I had a recent repair done to my hottub. I go to store looking at the new hottubs. I talk to clyde and he instructs me to send some pics of my existing hottub. I do send pics of hottub that i purchased at ws hottubs. I then call clyde with no response. I would have purchased a new hottub. I wanted an offer on my tub but i got no response. I just spent $540 for chemicals and a repair. I also spent $1000 on the tub last summer. I remind you all of this with ws hottubs. I will now take a filter and the chemicals i use and purchase them online from a national spa manufacturer. I really dont understand why someone who does business in okc that doesnt wanna take care of customers. I mean it only took two weeks to get my hottub repaired. I thought that was absured.\r
