This is our second hot tub purchase from Wholesale Hot Tubs of OKC within the last 4 years. Our first was damaged from a house fire. On March 6th 2009 we upgraded this time to the Santa Barbara II and before the first time my husband got to use the tub the electronics and pump went out. Once that was fixed the tub sprang a leak and could not be repaired. We were told a new tub would take approximately 4 weeks. Well today is June 20th and it's going to be at least another 7 days (possibly more) before the new tub is in and can be scheduled for delivery. My husband is now scheduled for a major back surgery July 1. He will not be able to use the hot tub for at least 4 months after surgery. Management didn't offer us a loaner nor have they picked up the damaged tub. It's an eye sore sitting on my back porch. We paid $8312.37 for the tub. You'd think they'd appreciate the business but my experience proves otherwise. I wish I could get my money back and I'd definitely use another business provider.
