I have been a client of WestTax since 99 and have nothing but good things to say about Keith, Anna and staff. They are busy and in the past we have had a hard time getting same day call backs but have always been called back in a reasonable time and have noticed that as things have gotten busier for them they have added staff and service has been faster. I just called and made my appointment for this year. Reading these posts made me want to look more into additional post and I was amazed at what I have seen. But then I take into consideration all the good things West Tax and Keith have done for us and I'm ashamed I have never written a good review about them. We had had such a good experience with them they are included on our Christmas card list. Think about all the things you do and buy and all the good experiences you have had, have you ever written a good review? I would recommend West Tax to anyone looking to get help with Taxes or advise with. Also would like to say about the past reviews that if you have had problems maybe look into your own reasons for why you have had a so called bad experience and how could you have made it worse or better. Hope this helps anyone thinking bad things about West Tax. I know we are glad a friend referred us years ago. Thanks guys. more

I ditto the Dec 21, 2010 postion from TTO2 - I have had my taxes done for the past three years and the past two years I've encountered errors resulting in refiling. The first year wasn't too bad and quickly remedied but my 2009 return had an error first round, second round and then in June or July I requested a fix again and refiling. I've received no information on the status and the rude receptionist blows me off every time I call and believe me I have called many, many times over the past 6 months. I've even sent emails and received no answer. I am not one who would normally post anything positive or negative but I feel obligated to warning people that are considering working with Westtax to be aware of the lack of customer service once you walk out the door. I'm SOOOOOOOO VERY UPSET! more

If there was a ""ZERO"" star rating it would be more appropriate. If you are smart you will not leave the office without your paperwork. The customer service is ""HORRIBLE"" they will screen your calls, not call you back, lie to you.. but take your money. The call taker ANNA is rude, sassy, and always on the defensive. Advice: DO NOT PAY UNLESS YOU HAVE PAPERWORK IN HAND. If you leave there empty handed you will be on your own. GOOGLE: KEITH WEST and you will see the complaints. No customer should be treated this way especially when it comes to government related documents. IF YOU ARE SMART TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. more
