If there was a ""ZERO"" star rating it would be more appropriate. If you are smart you will not leave the office without your paperwork. The customer service is ""HORRIBLE"" they will screen your calls, not call you back, lie to you.. but take your money. The call taker ANNA is rude, sassy, and always on the defensive. Advice: DO NOT PAY UNLESS YOU HAVE PAPERWORK IN HAND. If you leave there empty handed you will be on your own. GOOGLE: KEITH WEST and you will see the complaints. No customer should be treated this way especially when it comes to government related documents. IF YOU ARE SMART TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
