I have been a client of WestTax since 99 and have nothing but good things to say about Keith, Anna and staff. They are busy and in the past we have had a hard time getting same day call backs but have always been called back in a reasonable time and have noticed that as things have gotten busier for them they have added staff and service has been faster. I just called and made my appointment for this year. Reading these posts made me want to look more into additional post and I was amazed at what I have seen. But then I take into consideration all the good things West Tax and Keith have done for us and I'm ashamed I have never written a good review about them. We had had such a good experience with them they are included on our Christmas card list. Think about all the things you do and buy and all the good experiences you have had, have you ever written a good review? I would recommend West Tax to anyone looking to get help with Taxes or advise with. Also would like to say about the past reviews that if you have had problems maybe look into your own reasons for why you have had a so called bad experience and how could you have made it worse or better. Hope this helps anyone thinking bad things about West Tax. I know we are glad a friend referred us years ago. Thanks guys.
