The staff have been helpful, courteous, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. While I was dreading getting a storage unit while awiting a new house because of all the horror stories I'd heard about what facilities do, this turned out to be a breeze. I never once had any problems and the managers went above and beyond to assist me in all kinds of ways. No question, I'd store here again. And I would recommend your facility to anyone. In addition to other things, I appreciated that I was given a reminder of my upcoming payment each month. That feature is very helpful because most of us have so many things going on that it's easy to forget when a bill is due but you don't want your account to become delinquent. The people that manage this facility are ALWAYS pleasant and nice. more

I was met with excellent service and utter friendliness each time I called to inquire about storage at the facility. When I arrived to get the unit, I met the two ladies I had been dealing with by phone (Kira and Courtnie). They made me feel like a welcome addition to the Westlake Self Storage family. I found out recently I won't need storage as long as I assumed. Having paid in advance but knowing the facility doesn't pro-rate, I called and spoke with Kira about my options. She advised she wasn't authorized to speak on the matter but would have her boss give me a call back. In no time at all, the manager (Euphrenia) got right on the situation. I am incredibly impressed with Westlake Self Storage and recommend them to anyone who is looking for storage or parking. Their customer service is the way we all want to be treated and their prices are lower than anyone else's in the area! more

I wanted to express my appreciation for the commendable service extended to me during my time as a tenant there. The service was extremely good. Everyone was very professional and still friendly and down to earth. The fact that I'm vacating due to financial reasons has nothing to do with the price of storage there, rather it's because of the bad economy. The storage units were fairly priced and less expensive than anywhere else around. (Believe me, I shopped around!) The facility was kept in great shape and the security was on point. I was very happy to see that the managers always kept an eye on the monitors of the numerous security cameras displayed, even while performing other tasks at the same time. The reminders of upcoming due dates were very helpful. When the economy improves, I'll probably be back to store again. In the meantime, I'm recommending Westlake Self Storage to anyone and everyone.
