I wanted to express my appreciation for the commendable service extended to me during my time as a tenant there. The service was extremely good. Everyone was very professional and still friendly and down to earth. The fact that I'm vacating due to financial reasons has nothing to do with the price of storage there, rather it's because of the bad economy. The storage units were fairly priced and less expensive than anywhere else around. (Believe me, I shopped around!) The facility was kept in great shape and the security was on point. I was very happy to see that the managers always kept an eye on the monitors of the numerous security cameras displayed, even while performing other tasks at the same time. The reminders of upcoming due dates were very helpful. When the economy improves, I'll probably be back to store again. In the meantime, I'm recommending Westlake Self Storage to anyone and everyone. Thanks again to Euphrenia, James and their staff. It was a very good experience.
