Jerry always does an excellent job -- however my wife did notice what could be wood droppings in one area. That area is right outside our double doors that lead to the back yard from the dining room -- on the brick surface next to a wooden duck. She says that she sweeps it off that area and then more droppings appear the following day. Not sure if this is termite related or not. Perhaps when Jerry is up in our area next time he could give it a look? Thank you, John Funk more

We had a serious ant problem, and turned to Western out of desperation. We were very pleasantly surprised. We expected a long slow process, were worried about our pets, and really didn't want any chemicals in our house. Adam, sprayed once around the outside of our house, nothing inside, and our ants were gone in a day. There was no odor, no residue, and no need to do anything further. What more can you ask for? more

David has been servicing my home for 25 years and goes above and beyond his typical duties to assure me that I have no bugs inside or out. He's just the best. Always informs me when he is coming, greets me at my front door and asks how things are on the inside. Goes about his business and bows when he leaves. Takes special care around my koi pond and once even helped me take apart my entire pantry to rid me of pantry moths. He didn't have to do that. I will never have another exterminator in my home. more

The attendant is always good. Very professional and friendly. I am concerned with your continual rise in prices as we see no inflation and gas prices going down. May have to consider interviewing other companies for the work. more

The technician sent for the ant control was efficient, the ants have went away. Good job! The technician scheduled for the termite inspection did not want to perform the inspection. He arrived late and then he him hawed about because we are a town home in an association. He just figured that the association had some sort of contract that included inspections. The fact of the matter is that since tenting 4 years ago our association has done nothing to aggressively detect termites. They have a 5 year warranty with the previous service but no annual inspections. the service only comes out if the homeowner identifies a problem. I really wanted an inspection and I am willing to pay for service and localized treatment, It is very frustrating when you arrange for an inspection and don't get the service you expected. My wife was at home at the time, If I had been home I would have made sure that the man did the inspection that I had arranged for. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS ONE! more

Everyone was so nice to deal with. The regular guy, Matt started us off with steering us to the right person to talk to. I asked my questions and shared my concerns and I felt really listened to. They came in very professionally and made all the tenants feel secure and unafraid. They were great about rescheduling a hiccup situation and no fuss. Tino always calls ahead to let me know when he's coming (now that I'm retired). Since I'm now retired, we work out when I can be out of the house so he can come and set off the fogger spray. more

Jesus is my man! He is so polite and friendly. He does a good job. I rarely see pests since I've been using Western Exterminator. I used to have black widows all around the property. I do start to see them about 2 weeks before my scheduled service but knowing that Jesus is coming, I don't worry about them because they will be gone soon! more
