I have used Western Exterminator for years and will never change to another company. The person who comes to our house, David, is always right on schedule and is genuinely concerned about keeping our property pest free. When we have an unusual pest situation and we are not scheduled for a service for a while, David will come immediately and take care of it. If there were a grade above A+ David and Western Exterminator would get it!
When I have called the main office, everyone I have ever spoken with has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their fees are lower than most companies but their service is well above other companies. I know they care about their customers and I will remain one.
