The technician sent for the ant control was efficient, the ants have went away. Good job!
The technician scheduled for the termite inspection did not want to perform the inspection. He arrived late and then he him hawed about because we are a town home in an association. He just figured that the association had some sort of contract that included inspections. The fact of the matter is that since tenting 4 years ago our association has done nothing to aggressively detect termites. They have a 5 year warranty with the previous service but no annual inspections. the service only comes out if the homeowner identifies a problem. I really wanted an inspection and I am willing to pay for service and localized treatment, It is very frustrating when you arrange for an inspection and don't get the service you expected. My wife was at home at the time, If I had been home I would have made sure that the man did the inspection that I had arranged for. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS ONE!
