David has been servicing my home for 25 years and goes above and beyond his typical duties to assure me that I have no bugs inside or out. He's just the best. Always informs me when he is coming, greets me at my front door and asks how things are on the inside. Goes about his business and bows when he leaves. Takes special care around my koi pond and once even helped me take apart my entire pantry to rid me of pantry moths. He didn't have to do that. I will never have another exterminator in my home.
