I had a great experience here. I showed up at 7 pm and left before 9 with a new car. I was leaving to drive cross country in the morning so it was imperative i got a car that night, but of course the deal had to be right. albert and the other staff worked to make it happen for me. i've never showed up at a dealership and left with a car in only a couple of hours. everything was hassle-free, and it's a shame i live so far away otherwise i'd definitely get any future cars here. more

Amazing experience at this location 8/23/2013

My girlfriend and I had been searching high and low to find the car she had been looking for.\r \r She searched all over the internet and finally saw her desired vehicle at this location. I was a bit skeptical due to it being a small, independent lot; however, my thought process was soon changed once we arrived. We were assisted by Argenis, their internet sales specialist who was unbelievably courteous and helpful.\r \r The whole experience was phenomenal, Argenis really knows his stuff when it comes to sales and really knows how to treat a customer. Amazing experience at this location, will most likely return in the future for a high end model. more

Considerate, respectful, knowledgable, and friendly 8/19/2013

This review is about a month overdue. I have been meaning to write about my experience at Westcoast, but work has kept me busy. Anyway, I am compelled to write a positive review for this dealership because of the excellent customer service and great deal I received for my 2009 Lexus IS 250. I had done extensive research on the car, and prices I could find elsewhere, however Westcoast had the exact car I wanted, with a perfect carfax, listed at a reasonable price. They had a wonderful selection, and I actually found myself perusing other possibilities on the lot because they take a great deal of pride in the condition of the cars they sell.\r My salesperson was Albert and he was super nice. Not the typical used car salesman everyone worries about meeting when they intend to buy. From the first chat on the phone he was considerate, respectful, knowledgable, and friendly. I was astonished at the service I was getting and I actually felt right at home. I am telling you, these people are so easy to deal with and your business will feel appreciated. Sam even gave me a tour of their awesome on sight service department where they specialize in luxury cars. The service department offers great prices and I got to meet Ken, the service manager, who was also very kind and offered up some great car tips.\r \r All in all, I have to say, I am VERY pleased with my purchase at Westcoast. I am in love with my car and I get compliments on it daily. You will not be disappointed with how you are treated and will probably find your dream car at a great price. I am confident in recommending this dealership to other Yelpers and will definitely return to Westcoast when we plan to buy our next car. I drove all the way from Huntington Beach to Montclair to see the advertised car I was interested in and I was not disappointed. Went to westcoast and purchased a 2010 Ford edge from Tony. He gave me a good and fair price for my trade in and came down on their sales price for the car i bought from them. Sam was very nice and helped me in the finance department with getting the loan. Highly recommend buying a vehicle from Tony and Sam. Great experience at westcoast Auto sales. Thanks!! more

great great experience. i didnt expect to buy a car there. i did a routine stop to browse through their inventory. as soon as i stepped onto the lot i was comfortable and felt no pressure to purchase. i felt comfortable to ask question and i even test drove a vehicle. one particular vehicle caught my attention we spoke to sam and he made the experience a wonderful one. he worked with my credit and payments i wanted to have. i left west coast with a a new car and the confidence that if anything went wrong with my purchase westcoast would assist me. \r thank you more

During negotiations Argenis was open and fair, I was happy all options where explored allowing me to make the correct choices for me. I would highly recommend Argenis to others as a contact. \r \r The whole process was simple a straight forward. I first spoke with Albert via phone, again very helpful and attentive where we setup a viewing time. Thank you Sam for restoring my faith in humanity. 7/16/2013

Given the current economy and knowing that new cars experience there greatest depreciation in the first year, this time I decided to shop for my first used car. Of course, I was a little nervous given all the stories about used cars and ever worst the used car salesman. So, I was very uncertain about how well prepared I was to handle the situation. \r \r Sam and his team at West Coast Automotive was a wonderful surprise. I discovered them because they had the car, a 2010 GKL350 I was looking for at the best price on the internet. It first, I was very skeptical because no other dealership came close to the price they offered. So my first thought was, there must be something wrong with this car. But when I had my mechanic check it out, he assured me that it was in excellent condition and that I was getting a real good deal.
