This review is about a month overdue. I have been meaning to write about my experience at Westcoast, but work has kept me busy. Anyway, I am compelled to write a positive review for this dealership because of the excellent customer service and great deal I received for my 2009 Lexus IS 250. I had done extensive research on the car, and prices I could find elsewhere, however Westcoast had the exact car I wanted, with a perfect carfax, listed at a reasonable price. They had a wonderful selection, and I actually found myself perusing other possibilities on the lot because they take a great deal of pride in the condition of the cars they sell.\r
My salesperson was Albert and he was super nice. Not the typical used car salesman everyone worries about meeting when they intend to buy. From the first chat on the phone he was considerate, respectful, knowledgable, and friendly. He was not annoyed when I set my offer on the table. He respected my research, did some additional research on his own,
