We purchased carpet for our new house and everything was great before the sale. They came out to measure everything on short notice and had someone to do the installation ASAP. When we purchased the everything, we did so in a way that there would not be a seam in the hallway. When it was installed, there was a seam in the hallway. I verified with the sales rep that there was not supposed to be a seem there and he agreed. The seam is in the most inconvient place with the highest traffic area. It is also the most noticable carpet seam I have ever seen. It has been a month now and West Coast Flooring is saying that the installers did the installation wrong and the installers are say that the measurements were wrong. Either way, the customer is being screwed and West Coast Flooring will not stand behind their product. Funny thing is, I hav had experiences like this with Home Depot and this doesn't happen. more

Alfonso Luna was our excellent sales person. He recommended the craftsmen that prepped our floor for hardwood & this crew worked miracles on our 43 year old floors. We purchased hardwood, bath & floor tiles, and carpeting from him & every product was delivered/installed on time and the service Alfonso provided was first rate. I couldn't be happier! We recently had West Coast Flooring install almost 1000 square feet (3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a hallway) of hardwood flooring in our home. Sadra, the salesman, was very friendly and helpful. He guided us to a product that seemed perfect for our needs, and it was also on sale. He was also right on time for our appointment to take measurements. Roberto and his crew worked very hard doing the installation and did a wonderful job. Three days of disruption was a little bit stressful at the time, but the job was finished on time and it looks great. We will definitely go back to West Coast Flooring when we are ready for the rest of the house, and will request Roberto to do the installation. more

I am happy to report that West Coast Flooring did come out and complete the work. They sent an excellent technician to fix the seam and it is much better. more

I sadly would have to say, "Buyer Beware". They are great at taking your money and then seem to care less about completing their work or fixing poor workmanship. You will be exhausted with calling and trying to get the job completed. Mine still isn't done! We are really pleased with West Coast Flooring Center and would definitely recommend them to anybody! I found them in the phone book and called Shane to get quotes. He was so great over the phone. He asked for us to give him a chance to meet us face to face for a presentation. I felt like he was genuine and nice and honest, and not trying to scam us in the least bit. We know people in the carpet industry, and when I asked about West Coast Flooring, they spoke very highly of them, so that was a great character voucher for me. He was so knowledgeable and helpful, he even told us how to care for the floors we already had in our house, it was great! He explained the difference between the various products and levels of quality. He went over what would be long lasting quality and the different ratings and how different levels of traffic would affect the floors. He answered all of our questions and was very patient with us as we made final decisions. We felt that he really went out of his way to work with us and to get exactly what we wanted. When they did the installation, we were out of town, but Shane said he'd be able to be there and he was. They installed it perfectly! We couldn't be happier with the results! poor service....material arrived over a week after it was due....no help from management in resolving problem...management actually ignored us....promises made and not kept and this was on a $7500,00 order....three time customer but will not use again....two weeks later still waiting on refund credit.... more

West Coast Flooring Center did several types of flooring for us including backsplash and Italian marble. I especially liked the people who did the wood. They were very professional and I ended up using them later in my mother's condo. They came on time and did a good job. There was an issue where one of the bedrooms was under measured, so the quote was off. However, they acknowledged the mistake and stuck with the original quote. We felt good about that. original time frame by sales person was 3 days; installer estimated 6 days; total time required to finish the job was 2 weeks (10 working days). We are very sorry for the miscommunication of your hardwood flooring project for your home. Unfortunately, with this large of a hardwood flooring project our sales team always quotes under 7 to 10 working days to complete, so I am not sure where this time difference came from.
