We are really pleased with West Coast Flooring Center and would definitely recommend them to anybody! I found them in the phone book and called Shane to get quotes. He was so great over the phone. He asked for us to give him a chance to meet us face to face for a presentation. I felt like he was genuine and nice and honest, and not trying to scam us in the least bit. We know people in the carpet industry, and when I asked about West Coast Flooring, they spoke very highly of them, so that was a great character voucher for me.
He was so knowledgeable and helpful, he even told us how to care for the floors we already had in our house, it was great! He explained the difference between the various products and levels of quality. He went over what would be long lasting quality and the different ratings and how different levels of traffic would affect the floors. He answered all of our questions and was very patient with us as we made final decisions. We felt that he really went out of his way to work with us and to get exactly what we wanted.
When they did the installation, we were out of town, but Shane said he'd be able to be there and he was. They installed it perfectly! We couldn't be happier with the results! We'd definitely use them again, and highly, highly recommend their services to anybody!
