West Coast Flooring Center

Our experience with West Coast Flooring Center was positive from start to finish. We were treated professionally by all members of the staff who had an opportunity to interact with us in the showroom, on the phone, and during the installation process. We explained what we were looking for when we walked into the store, and although it was the third store we had visited with the same information, it was the first place where we were guided in such a manner as to help us really find what met our criteria. We provided each store with the same explanation, but yours gave us completely different results. Listening to us and guiding us made all the difference, you answered all our questions, and it didn't even take much time. Our carpet purchase went from ho-hum drudgery to a decision we were happy to make. Our carpet has been installed for a few months now, and everyone who comes inside notices and comments favorably on it. All appreciate how well it suits our tastes and the house, and we still look around, smile and comment to each other on how much we like it. Thank you for listening to what we were seeking, guiding us to it, and giving us excellent service along the way. Your sales, installation, support and follow-up have been outstanding. Great product, pricing, installation ... the only reason for not 5 stars on all was a few minor damages to the walls (which they offered to fix) ... and a minor repair required on a piece of furniture. more

West Coast Flooring has a great selection and vey good priceing. I've worked with diffrent sales staff but mostly with Alex but all around everyone knows what there talking about and are straight shooters. I will continue to use and recommend you guys. more

Super happy with the floor and the installation. Chris of "Against the Grain" Floor Covering did an outstanding job of installing the floor on the diagonal as we wanted. Had a few issues with the install of the moldings but Chris and the owner came back and eased our concerns. Tyler McCray our sales rep. also did an outstanding job of giving us a great price and scheduleing our intall around our kitchen remodel, following up etc. Am really happy with the floor so for. We moved into a new home that was 27 years old and had original carpet. We worked with Al Luna who did a great job making things work for us. He arranged for installation when we needed it and even helped with taking out the old carpet so that the remodel went better for us. The installers were respectful of our home and did quality work. I was extremly pleased from beginning to completion.....My salesperson was professional from coming to my home to measure to every interaction along the way....the scheduler and installers aimed to please and did so......the selection was larger than I had anticipated and the price was even better compared to 2 other quotes I had gotten....I love my carpet & tile flooring...Thanks for everything! more

You guys were great. So patient with me. I was probably in there once or twice a week for two months right after I bought my first home. You made me feel like part of the family. I tell all my friend who are doing flooring to use you. I did hear a designer say some negative things about your company. my only comment from the most recent transaction is that I received an email from someone with what appeared to be warranty information. However, I was unable to open the attachment to review the info. I responded with that info to the sender asking that it be resent or mailed to me through regular mail and I never heard anything back. Otherwise I have been very pleased with your prices and installation. Ended up having the same installer the 2nd time who remembered me and did another outstanding job. more
