We purchased carpet for our new house and everything was great before the sale. They came out to measure everything on short notice and had someone to do the installation ASAP. When we purchased the everything, we did so in a way that there would not be a seam in the hallway. When it was installed, there was a seam in the hallway. I verified with the sales rep that there was not supposed to be a seem there and he agreed. The seam is in the most inconvient place with the highest traffic area. It is also the most noticable carpet seam I have ever seen. It has been a month now and West Coast Flooring is saying that the installers did the installation wrong and the installers are say that the measurements were wrong. Either way, the customer is being screwed and West Coast Flooring will not stand behind their product. Funny thing is, I hav had experiences like this with Home Depot and this doesn't happen.
