I was doing business at the branch on Silver Hill, Rd and I observed Management speaking out loudly while customer transaction were being held and I just feel that leadersip training is needed with management and if you need help, I am qualified to train your staff and I have a degree in Human Resource Management and I can be a great asset to your company. more

3 days to clear a cash deposite 4/12/2010

the worst experience with deposting cash, i deposite $1,041 the afternoon of 4/8/2020 and it will not be available until 4/13/2010, i've banked with serveral bank and never heard of such thing, which costed me an additional $100 because the funds were not available when the check was submitted if nothing else it should have been available 4/10/2010 and with that being said i will be closing this account soon. more

Not happy with Phone Service either... 10/21/2008

I called the District Hghts branch simply to ask if a document could be faxed (so it could be filled out prior to visiting the branch), instead of listening, the individual asked numerous question not pertaining to my quest. Finally, I just hung up. If asked, Wachovia would get a 4 for customer service. more

CUSTOMER SERVICE 5/27/2008

I went to your bank to open a new account an I waited two hours, which is bad customer service. I have never waited that long to open up a new account, when I was waiting I watch 4 other people walk out because it should never take that long to service somone. I was getting the account for my grandson in Rocky Mountian N.C, because my bank does not have a bank down there.
