I went to your bank to open a new account an I waited two hours, which is bad customer service. I have never waited that long to open up a new account, when I was waiting I watch 4 other people walk out because it should never take that long to service somone. I was getting the account for my grandson in Rocky Mountian N.C, because my bank does not have a bank down there.
