I went to your bank to open a new account an I waited two hours, which is bad customer service. I have never waited that long to open up a new account, when I was waiting I watch 4 other people walk out because it should never take that long to service somone. I was getting the account for my grandson in Rocky Mountian N.C, because my bank does not have a bank down there. But when I open my account with bank of america it to 30 minutes wait time and not 2 hours. My name is Mr Able and my Adress is 1632 FT Dupont ST SE Wash D.C 20020
