Overall, this was a pleasant experience. Had difficulty scheduling an appointment - was finally able to get in touch with them via email. Pros: Very Friendly Cons: Music on DVD more

More than amazing! 8/31/2009

I went to WeeSee Imaging at 17w. for a gender determination ultrasound. And it was great! I was also greeted at the door by my name and for someone who works with the public, I greatly appreciated that small gesture. The atmosphere was so inviting! \r \r At first, the little one had 'his' legs closed, but with some gentle nudging, he opened them up and we knew for sure what we were having. But the ultrasound didn't end there...we got more amazing shots and even a free sneak peak at the 3D ultrasound, with some pictures from that to take home. \r \r I came along with my husband and mother, and the setting was so comfortable and inviting, we all were able to relax and enjoy it. \r \r All in all, it was a great experience that we'll cherish for a long time. \r \r Special thanks to Kristen, she performed the ultrasound and we will be asking for her specifically for our next visit! Pros: Great staff (Kristen); comfortable setting; family focused Cons: Religious background music more

Great experience.....worth every penny! 2/28/2009

I went to Wee See at about 12 weeks along because my OB had not performed an ultrasound yet and would not for several weeks. Wee See was much less expensive than my OB's office and they provided an amazing experience! They had a private room set up with a comfy recliner and also a comfortable seat next to it for my husband as well. There was a large television screen set up in front of us so we could see everything! Being able to see the baby for the first time and hear the heartbeat was such a relief and a wonderful experience for my husband and I! They also provided a DVD with our package of the entire ultrasound and you can see our little peanut moving around and kicking too! This is such a great keepsake and definitely something to share with your family as well. They also included several different pictures to keep as well. I agree, the religious music in the DVD should be optional but the whole thing was so great I really can't complain. The grandparents love the DVD and pictures! I thought it was definitely worth the money and I won't hesitate to go back again, as they offer so many options and special extras you really wouldn't get at the doctor's office. The doctor's ultrasounds are wonderful and necessary for checking on the health of the baby, but for a really memorable moment an extra ultrasound here was worth every penny spent.... we will definitely go back later on in the pregnancy for more 3D/4D pictures of our baby as he (or she!) develops. Pros: Greeted by name at door, comfortable, excellent equipment, friendly staff Cons: no choice of DVD music more

Not What We Expected.... 5/15/2008

My sister-in-law got a 3D ultrasound done in Georgia and I was so amazed at the quality of the images, I just HAD to do it as well. Not to mention, we had already had four 2D ultrasounds done and were still unsure what gender our baby was. \r \r I can't say I was completely disappointed with our experience, but I wasn't thrilled.\r \r PROS----\r --Comfy Atmosphere\r --Very Nice\r --Images and DVD given w/out copy write so that you can copy and share with ease\r --Convenient Appointment times. Can be seen after 5pm and even on Saturdays\r \r CONS----\r --Seemed rushed. If you pay for 15 min THATS all you get !! 30 min...ALL you get, etc.\r --Didn't think the images captured were worth the money spent (granted, baby was a bit shy....however, if a little more time would have been taken I think shots would have turned out better)\r --Wasn't very gentle. To get the baby to move she kept shaking my stomach real hard with the probe (I left with quite a tummy ache)\r --Watching the DVD was rather nauseating....mostly due to the fact that she kept shaking my stomach. Also because she seemed rushed, she didn't spend much time looking at any one area (was zoomin' that probe all across my belly). So I have to pause the DVD every few sec to see anything well\r --Background music on DVD is very religious. SOME people may very well enjoy that, but I would have much rather listened to lullabies or pretty instrumental music. These days religion can be an extremely sensitive issue for many, I think a choice should be given; either religious, something different or no music at all !\r --No coupons or anything listed online was given......I actually need to call because I wasn't even given the keepsake album that was part of the package I paid for.\r \r Overall, we went there to find out the gender of our baby and accomplished that. However, I was happy that I didn't pay more than I did because I would have been even more disappointed! \r \r The AD says ""Satisfaction Guaranteed"" .... i don't agree. more
