Fulfillment is a tricky thing. You are trusting that a third party will provide great customer service to your customers. If the service is poor - your customer will blame you, not the fulfillment service. Webgistix has cost my company in terms of time lost, customers lost, incorrect shipments to customers, failure to fill back-orders, failure to respond to our companies inquiries, slow receiving and update of inventory, incorrect charges, and generally horrible, horrible customer service. I am a patient and forgiving person, but we had no choice but to fire Webgistix - never have I seen a service provider provide such shoddy service. Do not trust your business and your customer service with this company. Period.
