Worst company we've ever dealt with, nearly put us out of business. Unprofessional at every level. Never provided with packing slip draft which we only discovered was an embarrassment by ordering something from ourselves...full of careless spelling errors and incorrect web/email addresses. Refused to use our return address on shipping labels so all returns due to bad addresses, refused delivery, etc piled up (unreported) at their facility with no way to know what packages had been returned or why. This resulted in more fees assessed for handling returns we had made repeatedly clear should not be going back to them. Eventually returned inventory was filthy and damaged. They used UPS-branded labels on our USPS shipments to save a penny or so per label which made us look like the cheapskates using other carrier's materials. 100% guarantee is a joke, it was impossible to keep track of the screw-ups and try to hold them to that commitment.
