We had similar problems with webgistix. We asked them to do physical inventory counts so that we could manage our business better. They did the count in one location, but had to be asked repeatedly to update the online inventory. The other location never updated the counts until we finally gave up and pulled the plug.
If our online inventory counts aren't accurate, you can imagine the trouble we had with backorders, resupply orders, etc. Impossible to take our business to the next level.
Upon termination, they did everything they could to drag their feet, make us jump through hoops, and essentially held our inventory hostage.
