Walter's Rocks!!!!!! 10/20/2010

On Saturday, the car with my son-in-law Morgan driving, took the Top-Time-Of the day along with Top BRI time at the PCA San Diego Autocross. Very rare to win both times. Morgan attributed his success to the tranny and his confidence in its smooth shifting - very important in autocrossing. Please express my thanks to Craig and also let Steve know the terrific job Ed and his staff did!!!!! Walter's Rocks!!!!!! more

Absolutely perfect 10/18/2010

The transmission that Craig built is terrific!! The car shifts better than it ever did. It is absolutely perfect!! Other experienced race drivers said it was the BEST 915 type tranny they ever drove. more

Very easy 10/15/2010

I dropped my car off the night before, someone from Audi came over to take my information. Then the next day I received a call by the consultant. When I picked up my car the day after, around 7 everything was ready. Very Easy! Thank you for the wash! more

I am SO pleased with the service. I have been a Walter's customer since the mid 1980s. Having a loan car was a tremendous help. Keep up the GREAT work. If you do, you will be ""stuck"" with me for a long, long, time. more

an incredible experience 7/19/2010

Recently I dropped off my Porsche Carerra 4S for service and I was a bit hesitant to service my car at a dealership due to the rising costs and the diminished quality of services at (from my experiences in the past). I am writing to let you know that after my nearly $5,000 service bill and 3 weeks in the shop, I AM EXTREMELY happy with the entire process and the ending result Justin Usary has provided me with. Every penny that is going towards setting my car up to my liking has been an incredible experience. Mr. Usary has kept me informed throughout the entire process and made the experience an enjoyable one. He has not only guided me through the process, he has educated me on brand, body and history of Porsche and why they make incredible cars- why I plan to buy more in the future. I rarely, if ever, write these type of emails but I wanted to give credit where credit is due. I plan to bring my car back again and again as long as Mr. Usary is working in your establishment- since he is a valuable employee. more

I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how extremely appreciative I am to you for helping me out last weekend. I’m the guy that hit the rock on hwy 18 with my Porsche. I was very pleasantly surprised to find you took care of my enterprise rental car, thank you. And your customer service was outstanding, especially considering I wasn’t even a customer. I am just so impressed with you guys; I will say if I ever decide to buy a Mercedes, Audi or Porsche I will definitely make the trip to Riverside to purchase that vehicle at Walter’s. more

The salesman we were working with was very knowledgeable about the cars (he was a former race car driver), and treated my sister and I with respect as legitimate potential customers (we both look quite young, like in our mid 20's. but i told him I have a boxster already, which may have helped give us a little ""cred""). He was willing to work with us on pricing. more

I'm glad I made the drive 7/6/2010

I work in City of Industry, so the drive out to Riverside is a good 40 minutes. But I'm glad I made the drive. They have a decent selection of Porsches (but I have to admit Rusnak does have a better selection) but their service is much better. and get this - they even negotiate on price. which i thought was unheard of with porsche. \r more
