Recently I dropped off my Porsche Carerra 4S for service and I was a bit hesitant to service my car at a dealership due to the rising costs and the diminished quality of services at (from my experiences in the past). I am writing to let you know that after my nearly $5,000 service bill and 3 weeks in the shop, I AM EXTREMELY happy with the entire process and the ending result Justin Usary has provided me with. Every penny that is going towards setting my car up to my liking has been an incredible experience. Mr. Usary has kept me informed throughout the entire process and made the experience an enjoyable one. He has not only guided me through the process, he has educated me on brand, body and history of Porsche and why they make incredible cars- why I plan to buy more in the future. I rarely, if ever, write these type of emails but I wanted to give credit where credit is due. I plan to bring my car back again and again as long as Mr. Usary is working in your establishment- since he is a valuable employee.
