My favorite dealership 5/24/2011

""I just bought another car from Walter's Porsche. The dealership is definitely not as well staffed as some of the other Porsche dealership in Southern California, but they definitely could get you a pretty good deal. I guess that is probably due to their lower overhead in running a business. The salesmem were not pushy and fake, but all tried to do their job. Sales manager Pete is a nice guy. He is a bit quite, but easy to deal with. He gets down to business, and doesn't waste anytime in finishing up a deal with me. Overall, I will continue to buy from them."" more

My service advisor was exceptionally good. 5/4/2011

Gerald Corona my service advisor was exceptionally good. Unfortunately I know owning a Mercedes service repair is very expensive. During these economic hardships my leaning is toward selling it. There should be more of a discounts given for repair service or optional payment plan. more

Extremely friendly 4/27/2011

I had an extremely good experience today with the service department, and I can't say that I have ever had a good experience at a dealership (well, except for Saturn). My SL500 was having issues with electric consumers being offline, and the smart key not being very smart. I thought I would probably have to replace my rear battery, possibly get the alternator or other electrical systems fixed and/or possibly a new key. The extremely friendly staff quickly saw that it was just the key battery that needed replacing. (I did test that, but I guess it needs to have an absolutely full charge to work. And it turns out my electric consumers being offline is a normal problem when you don't drive often.) So they just charged me $7 for the battery and I was out very quickly. I wasn't there long but felt like they weren't going to rip me off. With everything else I thought I was going to have to pay for, they could've easily done so. I will definitely be going back. more

Enjoyable experience. 4/20/2011

I purchased my car on a Sunday afternoon. I have purchased more then 10 vehicles, and this purchase exceeded all of the others, it was actually enjoyable. This car was a surprise for my wife, she has fallen in love with it, and has stated, ""should I need another car, it will be a Mercedes Benz. Thank you again to Mr. Laws, and the finance person, who's name I do not remember for making this an enjoyable experience. more

Walter's is outstanding. Excellent customer service. We purchased a used Audi from another dealership, and had several problems with it. Walter's service deparment took care of the repairs, and help us with many other aspects of our Audi. I would highly recommend Walter's of Riverside to anyone looking for an Audi or Porshe. more

Exemplary 4/5/2011

We were clear in our intent to purchase our off-lease vehicle, rather than replace it with a new one. Walter's respect for our intent was exemplary, and very much appreciated. They didn't even try to pitch a new vehicle. Also exemplary, and quite a departure from the team where that lease end vehicle was intially put in service. more

The experience was a great one; kevin was knowledgeable and was not your normal pushy salesman but made every effort to answer every question and make himself available in person and by phone. He got us a great deal and would recommend this dealership to anyone; thank you for the experience im sure we'll enjoy the car and the great service im sure we will get thank you again clay and carole more

I apologize for my delay in response to our wonderful experience with your ""Class Act"" employee by the name of, Duke Truong.From the moment we entered the doors of Walter's Mercedes-Benz in Riverside we were immediately greeted by Mr. Truong with a smile and enthusiasm I've never seen before by a car sales man. Our sale was'nt exactly an easy one for Mr. Truong , however, he never gave up until we were able to leave with the vehicle we wanted. He at no time was like our past experiences with car sales man were one would wish for that person to go away. From the moment we met him he was continuously by our side and completely responsive to our needs. Since the date of our purchase Mr. Truong has called a few times to make sure everything was going well with our vehicle. As noted, Mr. Truong is a ""Class Act"" as a salesman and now, a friend. If I was a manager of a prestigious dealership, as Mercedes -Benz, I would feel especially blessed to have an employee as Mr. Truong working for me. Well, we would also like to say thank you for every other person involved with the sale of our vehicle, it was truelly an awesome experience. more
