Incredibly helpful and personable. 3/14/2011

Patty was incredibly helpful and personable throughout the process, answering all my phone calls and questions. The issue was complicated, but eventually resolved although the length of time necessary was disappointingly slow. Overall, Walter's provided good work at a price lower than estimated. more

I was pretty down on Mercedes in general after a few bad experiences. However Carlos was extremely helpful and restored some faith in Mercedes as a brand. I will be returning to Walter’s Mercedes because of him. more

I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how extremely appreciative I am to you for helping me out last weekend. I’m the guy that hit the rock on hwy 18 with my Porsche. I was very pleasantly surprised to find you took care of my enterprise rental car, thank you. And your customer service was outstanding, especially considering I wasn’t even a customer. I am just so impressed with you guys; I will say if I ever decide to buy a Mercedes, Audi or Porsche I will definitely make the trip to Riverside to purchase that vehicle at Walter’s.\r more

Frequent Specials 12/28/2010

I attended the Porsche technical session at Walter's on Saturday and my 2002 Turbo was inspected thoroughly and two light bulbs were replaced. The bulbs were discounted due to being a member of the Porsche Club of America and the labor was n/c since it was a tech inspection day. This is the second of these I have attended at Walter's and it is good to know how your car is doing. You are able to go into the shop, talk with the service technician and ask questions. Good job by the dealership. P.S. They have frequent specials on oil changes which saved me a couple of hundred dollars before.\r more
