I agree about Mark Kremer! We have bought about 3 cars from him in the past few years and he always has been upfront and made the transaction very easy. I used to sell new cars so I am a very tough customer to please and I can truly say that Mark Kremer was honest and made me feel comfortable throughout our transaction. I also have to add that we bought our jeep and immediately went out of town and when we returned we noticed a ding on the side back area above the tire. I was afraid that they wouldn't fix it and it would be a fight to get them to fix it, but I was wrong. They were extremely nice about the ding and they fixed it for free. I can honestly say that I have never worked at a dealership that would have fixed the car graciously which Walser did for us! I would buy again from Mark and I can strongly recommend buying a car from him! more

I spent an hour talking and test driving Jeeps with Tony Leovan at Walser Jeep in Hopkins, and never once did I feel any undue pressure to buy. I came back the next day and took one on an extended test drive, and met Simon, who was equally zero-pressure. In the end, I didn't end up buying, but only because I wasn't yet ready to trade my car. Tony completely understood this and still showed no signs of pressure. When I am ready to get into my new Jeep, I'll definitely come back to Walser and see Tony. more

although it took me nearly three months to finally make a decision, mark kremer was very patient and helped me choose a vehicle and financing option that made the most sense for me. mark was always looking out for my best interest and kept me looped in whenever opportunities arose. i originally intended to buy used, but mark helped me understand the pros and cons of buying used vs. leasing--i ended up taking mark's recommendation and leasing a jeep wrangler, and i couldn't be happier with new vehicle! if you're in the market for a jeep, head to walser hopkins and ask for mark or tony! more

To all MINI VAN buyers: My wife and I realized 10 days before the birth of our third child that 3 car seats in a row didn't work. We searched all across the metro. 7 days, 10 dealers looking for the best value in MINI VANS. WALSER HOPKINS Chrysler/Dodge was by far the value and the best climate to shop. Their Vans were loaded with excellent safety features and all the needs for young kids, and priced lower than any other dealer. There was no guessing with their ""best value price"" labeled on all vehicles. We worked with TONY Leovan and felt NO pressure in fact it was the opposite he educated us with what the different types of vans offered and lead us to the best value. TONY even stayed late with us one night when we had a baby sitter to allow us to test drive the vehicles. At other dealers we felt pressure and found we could only get a stripped down model in our price range. At WALSER Hopkins we found a loaded van brand new in our price range. Tony explained every feature clearly to myself and my wife before we drove off the lot. We had been pre-approved with a rate of 3.0 before we started shopping and MITCH the general manager got us an even lower rate! My wife and I are very tight with our money and had never bought a new VAN together. We couldn't have been more pleased. more

I don't usually write reviews but I have had such a good experience with Walser both before and after the sale I thought I needed to share it with everyone. JayLo, Jim, and all the employees seem to always go out of their way to help me. They were very upfront with why my trade was worth the money they gave me and what the price of the car I was looking to buy was worth. Even though I hoped for more money for my trade I completey understood why it was what it was worth. Jim in the service department takes great care of me every time I am in and he is very upfront and doesn't try to convince me to spend money that I do not need to. I highly recommend that you go see the folks at Walser. more

I tried to buy a new van from them in December 2010 and am glad I went somewhere else. Very high pressure. I was passed from one salesperson to another and was told this is their new 'Team' approach. Some of their salespeople clearly do not know the product they are selling. Others outright lied to me. In all I spent over 3 hours there trying to get a firm price from them including evaluating my trade in. I was told they have to have my old vehicle inspected before they could sell it at an internal cost of $310. So what? I think they were just trying to soften the blow on how little they were going to give me on my trade. All in all it was a terrible experience. I was lied to, pressured and passed around like a yo-yo. I will never recommend them to anyone. more

Wow - horrible. I've used this dealership multiple times for service work. I've had the car in 4 times for the same issue, spread 3-6 months apart. This past visit, they had the car for 7 days and hadn't bothered to call with a status update. I finally called and was told, coincidentally, the car had just been finished and was ready to pick up. I asked how the issue was fixed - the did the identical ""fix"" as the prior 3 visits, which clearly didn't work. When challenged, Nick said, ""well, that's all we can do..."" more

I placed an order for some parts and told them to call me. They never called me. I called them back 7 days later, they tell me that my order has been sitting there for 6 days. Here is another story. I pull in there on a Saturday morning and I am immediately met by a sales person. I parked my car and before I could get both feet on the ground, I got some a-hole sales guys talking to me about my jeep. I ignore this prick who's making obvious small talk for reasons you will soon read about to come. I continue on my simple mission. I am there to place an order for another part that is a dealer only part, which is the only reason I am there. I approach the parts department only to see that they are closed on Saturdays. Seriously? When hard working people have the day off to work on their car, you close down the parts department. Are they trying to make me leave my Jeep there for them to work on so they can gouge me with labor costs? Now, I begin to return to my car, but before I can get there that greedy, high pressure salesman approaches me and starts trying to get me to trade in my Jeep for a new one. F#$% off Walser Jeep!
