I tried to buy a new van from them in December 2010 and am glad I went somewhere else. Very high pressure. I was passed from one salesperson to another and was told this is their new 'Team' approach. Some of their salespeople clearly do not know the product they are selling. Others outright lied to me. In all I spent over 3 hours there trying to get a firm price from them including evaluating my trade in. I was told they have to have my old vehicle inspected before they could sell it at an internal cost of $310. So what? I think they were just trying to soften the blow on how little they were going to give me on my trade. All in all it was a terrible experience. I was lied to, pressured and passed around like a yo-yo. I will never recommend them to anyone.
