Wow - horrible. I've used this dealership multiple times for service work. I've had the car in 4 times for the same issue, spread 3-6 months apart. This past visit, they had the car for 7 days and hadn't bothered to call with a status update. I finally called and was told, coincidentally, the car had just been finished and was ready to pick up. I asked how the issue was fixed - the did the identical ""fix"" as the prior 3 visits, which clearly didn't work. When challenged, Nick said, ""well, that's all we can do...""
