I just met with a trainer named Tia and she has to be the sweetest person i have ever met. She was very knowledgable and gave me a great workout routine that I can do on my own. She was a great way to kick start toward my goals and really key into what i want to do. more

I absolutely love my membership here. I how each club is the same yet different. I have been to the Auburn and Kent club and now that I have one closer to home in Tacoma I go there. I love that each club has a fantastic staff that is helpful and friendly. Can't wait to try out the classes in Tacoma!! I know they'll be great!!! :) more

Love my TRAINER! 3/28/2011

I have joined the Biggest Loser Contest at Vision Quest and I love the results I have already! I have been a member since the new year and I will not let it be a something I do for a few a months and have to come back for my New Years Resolution next year! I work out with Ali once a week and I meet with my group once a week. I love that I am held accountable by some many staff members here. I know I will not fail with them on my side! Confirming Warning- 3/27/2011

Beware of this filthy, money sucking joint. The so called Personal Trainers AKA Sales men are worse than car salesmen. They are also total sexist pigs, well at least one of there newest Trainers...Ewww, my husband would be in jail for kickin this guys butt all through Auburn if he knew the advances of this PT, that is well aware of me being married. The guy is a pig...Men watch out for your women. Not to mention....they do not run backgroundg checks on Employees and I know one trainer there has a Record for Domestic Violence. BAD PLACE....Check out at all cost. more

I have always really liked this gym. I have been there for years and the entire time I have had good experiences. Everytime I have had a problem with anything the staff has been wonderful about helping me out and fixing it. more

WARNING! 3/21/2011

The only reason some of you saw good reviews is because they have employees working all day writing reviews for them. The sales team is VERY high pressure and dont care about the members. They dont get new equiptment and they charge a enhancement fee for every membership even child care to make extra money. They skip a lot of parts in the contract and when you call with a billing question youll always get the run around. The supplements they tell you you ""NEED"", are no better than ones you can buy at costco. The employees are rude and they will hire anyone(no background check required!) They always have a promotion going, but they tell you have to buy today because it expires tomorrow. You DONT! If you try to cancel your membership, they will charge you a cancellation fee and charge for 2 more months because they say thats how long it takes to stop the billing. YEAH RIGHT! All the managers are constantly getting after the employees for not selling enough meberships...its just a horrible atmosphere. Take my advice, DONT SIGN A CONTRACT!\r \r more

Yay Waistline! 3/18/2011

I can't stop talking about this place!! I work in Auburn with John who is absolutely amazing, but I really do want people to know that the trainers here are fantastic. I am super sorry for anyone that has a bad experience but I can tell you that when I was 180 (I'm 5'8) my Doctor told me that I was overweight. When I started working with my trainer he gave me a meal plan, (that yes wasn't particularly easy for me as I love to eat!) but was very managable. I guarantee I was never told to eat 500 or less calories a day (1-super scary, 2- thats like a peice of toast) yes it was less than what I was used to but he taught me how and what to eat so that I was never hungry. My energy improved, my mood improved, I wasn't as tired. I am not super model skinny but i'm really happy where i am and most importantly, My Doctor says I'm healthy. more

Loving it!! 3/10/2011

Loving the atmosphere of this club, I've been a member here since November when there was nothing in the club but 2 guys and desks. I am thrilled to see all the improvements that have been made! So far everyone has been nothing but nice, the front desk girls know me by name and say HI everytime I come in! After years of being an on again off again gym guy I am finally seeing results and love going to the gym, not just because my workouts are great but because of the great customer service. more

Good club. Clean, friendly, good classes, and a variety of equiptment. I really like that I'm accountable. My trainer takes my measurements every month to see how I'm doing and I have a better idea of how my body is changing. more

This gym really does well all around. The staff is very nice and helpful. I was really impressed when I called to let them know that i was a little short on cash (embaressing) but they were really super about it and went to the extra effort and moved my billing around. I really appreciated that help. more

Awesome Facility!! 2/17/2011

Awesome facility!! I used to belong to this club in Tacoma when it was Pure Fitness and I am sooo glad that a well rounded club is back!! I have to say this club is awesome. I feel like I've come back home! I loved it when it was Pure Fitness and I am glad that there is a family friendly gym in the neighborhood again. Couldn't ask for more from this club. If you are looking for somewhere with a great atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff then this is the place for you!! more

Great gym! I highly recommend Ali's bootcamp classes. Its a great way to get a full body workout in. Its amazing how much harder i push myself in this one class than i ever do when i workout by myself. Ali is amazing!! Have to try it! more

I really love being a member of this gym. They are amazing about working with me whenever i need something. I had a $ crunch that i wasn't expecting so i called them and they helped me move around the payments to a later time when i knew i could afford it. Its great to have that kind of customer service and flexibility. more

Yay!! Tacoma 1/19/2011

I am so glad that there is finally a Tacoma location. I used to work in Kent and it was so convienent to go workout on the way home... Everyone there was so nice, I recenlty switched jobs and was sooo sad I would have to quit my membership because there wasn't one close to home. But now the Tacoma location is open and I can keep my membership!!! This is by far one of the best gyms I have ever belonged to!! more

I have really enjoyed my experience at this gym. Jeremy, the guy that helped me out when i first signed up, was very nice, didn't pressure me and gave me a lot of information I didn't know. Every time i come in he says hi to me and asks me how my experience is going which i really appreciate. Its nice to know that people care about you. more

You have to try this gym out! Its got all the equiptment you want or need, its got a good group class schedule, and free training. For me there is nothing more helpful than being able to meet with my trainer Kyler once a month just so he can answer any questions I have and help me change up my routine. more

Great New Gym!!! 1/12/2011

I recently joined the Tacoma club and cannot wait to start on my fitness journey. I can't believe that I get two free personal training sessions and a free reprogram a month with my membership!! I have been to many other clubs in this area and this one makes you feel right at home. The staff actually acknowleges you when you come in and they are so willing to help and answer any question you have! Since I joined in December the staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly!! Thank you Tacoma for putting a family friendly club close to my home!! more

This is a great gym! Its got a good atmosphere and its got lots of room. There is everything you could ever want for variety of equiptment and there is a womens only area which I am a big fan of. Its clean and you never have to wait for equiptment which is nice. more

Bootcamp! 12/14/2010

I love the bootcamps at Vision Quest. Ali does such a good job of making the hour challenging but enjoyable. I can't believe how much stronger and leaner i have gotten since i started this program. It helped me drop those last few pounds i could never seem to get rid of and then some. more
