Vision Quest Chiropractic And Massage

I just participated in Vision Quest's Biggest Loser Competition and I wanted to tell everyone how much Vision Quest and John Responte helped me on my path to weight loss. I have always had a hard time getting the motivation to actually drop those pounds but thanks to this competition I finally made it down to my goal weight! I am so happy, healthy, and proud of myself!!!! Its hard to believe at one point that I never thought I would make it. GO ME! more

As far as gyms go i think this one is pretty top notch. I like the fact that they have such a wide array of activities that you can participate in. The equipt is good, the people are nice, and its clean. My favorite point is that its such a laid back environment. It feels comfortable. more

I have a really great time at this gym. I didn't join thinking I was going to get the LA Fitness experience - thank God because those people were horrible to me! Vision Quest is a great gym that has friendly, helpful staff & all the equipment I need. They don't try to be fancy schmancy, they try to get you fit. Great job! more

I am a raving fan of Jim's cycle class. He is a much different trainer than a lot of ones i've seen and i absolutely adore him. Hes always smiling and in a fantastic mood. he makes cycle a rush! You absolutely must try this class. Make sure and get there a little early- Jim has a following!\r more

Great club! I love the Bootcamp classes with Ali! They really helped me through that plateau on my last ten pound of baby fat. I love how enagaing this class is and I love that I get a total body workout in. Ali is really a great trainer and a lot of fun! more

I see alot of great reviews and some really bad reviews but I have been a member of this gym for over 4 months and I really have nothing bad to say about it. It is really busy around 5pm - 7pm but other than that its clean and fun. I have been a member of many gyms since I moved here and this is the only place that I have been recognized by name when I walk in which is different. You must try the cycling class , its a workout. All in all, so far so good. Keep it up VQ more

The training staff here is amazing! My trainer Kyle helped me lose 10% of my body fat! 45 inches off my entire body, 10 inches off of my waist! 10 inches!!! It feels so great to have a figure again and I have my confidence back! I LOVE IT! I can't thank Kyle and Vision Quest enough!\r \r more

I think this is a great company. They are so willing to work with you and always happy to help. If I ever have any kind of billing problem, they are great about setting up something that works for me. And they are super nice about it. Its great to have a local company that you can always talk to who you need to and not have to bounce through 50 different people. more

Great gym. I love how friendly the staff is and how energetic everyone is. It really makes me excited to be in the club and participating in the classes. I love Zumba! It looks like it would be embaressing but after 5 minutes you dont even notice and you just have a great time! more

I have a great time whenever I come to this gym. Its got a fantastic array of classes and equip to keep me motivated and moving. I really enjoy the cycle classes with Jim. He's a great instructor and has been there forever. Plus the price is impossible to beat. more

I love how motivating this gym is. My biggest problem is that i have a terrible time getting up the motivation to go workout. I found my solution at Vision Quest (wow that sounded corney). But seriously. When you join you get a free session with a personal trainer every month to keep you on track toward your goals. Jason is a blessing. Every month on the dot he calls me to make sure i'm going to make it in so we can do my weights and measurements to make sure that i'm still on track. Between him and the rest of the super friendly staff i actually enjoy coming to the gym! more

Don't let all those fake 5 star reviews fool you, they were probably written by the owner or the trainers.As a long time member of the gym, this is my honest opinion of Vision Quest, Auburn. The place is filthy and smells, the equipment is unsanitized and dated, they have limited amount of treadmills and usually 3 are down/not working on a monthly basis. The pathway to the bathroom smells like dirty socks and urine. The water fountain is unrefridgerated and filthy with chewed up gum and garbage. The trainers there are the worst, they only care about selling you extra packages or suppplements. more

I really like how honest and nice the people at this gym are. When i signed up they explained everything to me so I didn't have any questions or unexplained procedures. I was really impressed when i went home and read the paperwork myself just to make sure there wasn't anything they had left out and everything they told me was spot on. DIdn't leave anything out. I was even more impressed when I starting coming into the gym and they knew my name. There is nothing better than going into a gym where not only do you actually get acknowledged even if your not paying for personal training. The staff is super friendly and always put a smile on my face. Great gym! more

Great gym! I love all the trainers and the staff. They set me up on a great program that i can actually follow and really motivate me to get in and follow my program. they are so friendly and happy to see me every time i walk through the door. more

Amazing little gym! Its a local chain so it has a very in hand feel to it. You can see the owners and managers really care about their members and want to make them happy. I really like Brad, the general manager. He always has a smile and a hi for everyone and is a very genuine person. more

This gym is all about the money...not doing the right thing!!! I went to a free MMA class and intended to sign up for a month to month. The sales pressure from the manager was unbelievable!! I singed the papers then had a problem with my bank card. I left that day with the understanding from the manager that they wouldn't run the card again or do anything until I had a chance to call my bank and get back to him with what was going on. The matter was cleared up with my bank the next day but a family emergency came up and I had to leave town (to another state) for 3-4 weeks. I left 3 messages for the manager informing him that now was not a good time to be paying out 100.00$ for a membership that I was not able to use, and needless to say who has 100$ to throw out for a service you can't use? A week later I was online w my bank and see they ran my card and took the 100 anyway!! Being out of town, missing work and a months worth of pay, this 100 was not something I had to give. But when I called the gym, the manager played stupid and the women in the finance dept said to bad, they didn't have to give it back regardless of my situation. Wow..their don't give a damn too bad attitude was more than irritating and left me in a bad situation with being out of town and dealing with a family emergency..this 100 was for hotel and food. That didn't matter to Vision Quest tho..so much for doing the right thing and not the ""corporate thing"" I guess this is a prime ex of the big guy screwing the little guy..no skin off their noses right??? more

Love this gym, it is so huge inside, love the fact that I can shop then go work out when I am done! They have it all at my gym, cardio boxing, spin classes, zumba and yoga. All the classes are free too with your membership. My husband takes the MMA class that they have here too. My son loves the child care area, the girls back there are so friendly. Just wanted you to come join with me, you wont be sorry! more

I have always had good experiences with this gym. I worked with a Certified personal trainer for a while and the entire time he was very professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions very scientifically and helped explain a lot of things that I didn't understand. Even when I had a problem they were really great about helping me with it right away. i had a tanning account that didn't get the cancel processed correctly by the billing company and billed me an extra month. I just brought my copy of the cancellation back to them and they took care of my refund right away and got it all taken care of for me. It was really easy and they were super nice about it. more

Everyday I walk in to the gym, they try to sell me pills/trainers with NO EDUCATION or certification. The staff is was VERY unprofessional and the managers there are always hitting on me and trying to get in my pants, I feel very uncomfortable, even when I go up the "women's only" area, one of the 2 men tend to follow me up there and chit chat. I've been a member for 3 years, and I needed to cancel my membership because of the harassment, and not only that, they CONTINUE to charge my account. THEY'RE ROBBERS!!!!!! BE AWARE!!!! and not to mention, they NEVER fix their equipment... all their equipment is from older gyms! There's usually only 1 treadmill working at a time upstairs, RIDICULOUS...even after several complaints!!! more
