Review content:
The only reason some of you saw good reviews is because they have employees working all day writing reviews for them. The sales team is VERY high pressure and dont care about the members. They dont get new equiptment and they charge a enhancement fee for every membership even child care to make extra money. They skip a lot of parts in the contract and when you call with a billing question youll always get the run around. The supplements they tell you you ""NEED"", are no better than ones you can buy at costco. The employees are rude and they will hire anyone(no background check required!) They always have a promotion going, but they tell you have to buy today because it expires tomorrow. You DONT! If you try to cancel your membership, they will charge you a cancellation fee and charge for 2 more months because they say thats how long it takes to stop the billing. YEAH RIGHT! All the managers are constantly getting after the employees for not selling enough meberships...its just a horrible atmosphere. Take my advice, DONT SIGN A CONTRACT!\r
