I've never been one that enjoyed going to gyms, but when I heard of the yoga / pilates, group classes, and hot yoga classes that VQ is going to be offering, I signed up. Now my fiance and I never want to leave the gym! The group classes are fun and a great workout and for a real workout the bootcamp can't be beat! Between the classes, machines, and free weights, it's impossible to get bored. The atmosphere is great and the staff has all been very friendly and helpful. I love this gym and am glad I joined!
