Good quick inspection. Windshield wipers a little expensive just to pass Safety. I'll replace them myself before I come in for next year's check :) more

30 minute stop to have a VA Safety Inspection while transferring my plates to VA from PA. All of the good reviews are well deserved. more

Switching plates from PA to VA & stopped in for the VA Safety Inspection after reading the many good reviews on-line. It could not have been more painless. Less than half an hour & we were on our way. Kudos! more

First I have been a customer for over 25 years, first at Centerville and now here in South Riding....wrt fixing my '96 Sable, Jack is doing everthing he can to get it back on the road....his willingness to spend time with me and explain the issues has been ""outstanding."" Nice 4/3/2012

I had a car with a dead battery in my garage. Was unable to jump due to proximity of the car. The guys at VA Tire and Auto loaned me a jumper box so I could get my car into them which I did. Once my car was in their shop, it was ready within 30 minutes for this battery replacement. Nice experience and I'll return. more

Convenient 3/15/2012

Great customer service!! I thought I would have to wait for my car to be serviced; however, that was not the case. I was pleasantly surprised that they gave me a ride back to work and then picked me up when the car was finished. That made it soooo convenient! I felt like they heard me and gave me a great price on my tires and brakes. Thank you Virginia Tire & Auto!! more

Happy with service 2/14/2012

I am very happy with the service i received from Virginia tire and Auto recently. This time I took my car for wipe blade replacement. I believe that I received the best price and service from them. The job was completed before even I finished complementary coffee. more

Car done early 2/3/2012

I brought my car in for service and used the shuttle service which was ready and waiting. I really appreciated the shuttle service which took me back to my home to wait. I received a call that my vehicle was just about done and this was earlier than expected. more

Highly recommend. 1/30/2012

I realized that the tags on my car expired. To renew the tags I needed emission inspection. Took the car to Virginia Tire and Auto of Ashburn not sure if emissions could be done late night. Not only VA Tire inspected the car and passed it but also applied discount coupon from their own. Very happy about the experience and will continue to take my cars to them for future needs. Highly recommend. more

Too Good To Pass Up 1/16/2012

We received a coupon in the money mailer packet. The Sunday hours were too good to pass up. Gabe was patient and thorough in explaining the situation. We are very please with the service and price for the oil change, tune-up and taking care of the check engine light. We have four vehicles. We'll be back, again and again. Tires are next! more
