Very disappointed with the service I received. I always bring my cars to VA Tire & Auto for my car's Safety & Emissions test. This time I waited over 45 minutes for my car, just...

Fixed inspection issue on site without having to come back 4/11/2014

Fog light was out so they were able to fix it in about 30 minutes so I wouldn't have to bring the vehicle back for reinspection. more

Rob and team are amazing. They really understand what it means to take care of customers. I came in right at closing time with a flat and these guys went out of their way to stay late and take care of me. I will always buy my tires at Virginia Tire and Auto. more

The team there is always fast and courteous. The counter wait to get your vehicle in to be started on is usually backed up( my only pet peave with Virgina Tire) But I don't have much patience anyway. This is why I usually don't wait for my vehicle and catch a ride from them. The work done is good and fairly reasonable with the same kind of shops in the area. They have always treated me fair so this is what keeps me going back to them.. Thanks Guys and Gals more

Upon arrival to the store we were greeted with a warm welcome. Mark Bryan listened to my needs and offered exceptional customer service. It is very easy for people to become disconnected with customers but not once did I ever feel like Mark was not looking out for my best interest. more
