Fast Service! 3/14/2014

I waited 10 minutes to begin safety&emissions inspections. In 15 more minutes, I was on my way out! That set a 45 year record for me! Great attitudes, too! more

As not at first taken care of in order in which I arrived. I honestly felt like I was being ignored because. I was female. Have been coming there for years just because I was treated fairly. This was first visit since you changed personnel. Subsequent people treated me very nicely. more

The consistent quality service I receive from this location makes a big difference. As a female most mechanics take us for granted and chalk up unduly charges! Not this store, after the diagnosis the facts are in without the fluffy excessive charges. Keep up the great work guys! more

State inspection on Saturday afternoon. Quick turnover despite 5 cars ahead of me. Know a few of the long time front service desk gentlemen. Very friendly. Like the newer remodel. :) more

Always satisfied 3/4/2014

I have been to this place a number of times. It is the first time in my car career that I have decided to keep going to one place. The lobby area is always clean and quiet, with a number of things to keep you from being bored- TV and a variety of magazines. They have added a kids' playhouse. The coffee is fresh and they have added water and sodas. The prices are good. They are clear in their recommendations for vehicle as well as their estimates. The work is done in a timely fashion. Most of all at the end they don't tack on a huge list of recommended maintenance or added work. If they recommend something besides what brought you in, they explain it, show it to you and let you know how urgently you need to have it done. more

Satisfied 3/4/2014

I took my car in to have my electrical system checked because my battery was dying too frequently. Surprisingly, they didn't find anything wrong. They also told me my battery was fine! more

i arrived at Va Tire when they were to close in 30 minutes,i need an oil change and some other minor details taken care of,they stayed an hour beyond closing to accomadate my car,extremely nice guys and very knowledgable! I will be a continued customer because of ! more
