Easy access and convenient. Mileage was not accurate on the reminder sticker and receipt. Was off by 60k miles. more

Went in to get my car re inspected due to failing earlier for tires. In at 7am out by 7:30,, helped that I was second in line! Everyone is friendly and helpful! more

very satisfied with service and communication 10/20/2013

My car was due for it's 20k mile maintenance and in addition the brakes were squeaking. I was checked-in quickly and was also informed they could complete a complimentary drive and lift the car to take a complete look on the brakes. I was kept abreast of the results and the options were provided. The staff kept me abreast of the procedure status and had me out the door quicker than expected! I believe the value was good as well. more

Car not starting 10/16/2013

My car wouldn't start on the day before a long trip out of town. I brought it in, they replaced the battery, but the car still wouldn't start. They did a diagnostic test and found a fuse had shorted out when they replaced the battery. Fixed the problem and I was went out of town without any worries! Great Job!!! more

was greeted with smiles and very easy to work with! just wanted to mention that i am a woman and i have a silverado pickup truck (which is unusual) but did not matter to these guys, i was treated with respect. i initially went to costco and was a bit dissappointed. their price did not include alignment, new valves or programming with my silverado tire guages, and the tires would have to have to been special order, would take 2+ days to get in. THEN i went to virginia tire and they knew exactly what to do and with the special order of the unusually larger tires it was completed in one day EVEN on a saturday late afteroon, they had them in on sunday am and truck was completed by sunday afternoon......less than 24 hours......this is awesome service!! more
