I was able to get my oil change in 30 minutes. They provided an inspection report on everything they checked with the car. No complaints! more

They remember you and take care of your vehicle. I always bring both of our cars to this VA tire and auto. Go see Turk. He provides awesome customer service. The other guys up front are good too. You will be taken care of here. more

Customer Service 10/1/2013

I had to buy tires, which can be quite stressful considering the time it takes and expense. They were great about finding the best tires for me and getting me in the next day. I also needed an emissions inspection and they took care of that as well. It was very busy that day, but they made the experience quick and easy and my car was done by that afternoon. Will be going back for all my car maintenance. more

I bought my tires there a year ago, and they are rotated for free when I take care Jeep in for an oil change. Customers are treated with respect and dignity. more

Extra Mile- Steps from the Staff 9/30/2013

Great over all experience. Went the extra step which 99% of the shops don`t go, but they did. Had been with them from Day one of the opening and don`t feel like going any where else. God bless them. more

Able to quickly fit my vehicle in to fix a flat. 9/29/2013

I noticed a slow leak as a result of a sheet metal screw embedded in the tire of my week old vehicle. I was able to stop by the tire shop on my way home for work, but I had an hour before I had to pick up my wife at the bus stop. The guy at the tire shop said that he could get it done in under an hour so that I could be on my way to pick up the wife. He held true to his word, and I was back on the road w/in 45 mins. more

The attention given upon arrival is effective 9/27/2013

We appreciate the recent pickup by the mechanic of a broken shock. However, the old part should be presented for customer inspection upon payment. Also, every time we bring the car for service there is grease all over the steering wheel and on our last service our rear bumper was smeared with grease. more

Perfect Timing! 9/26/2013

I went to Virginia Tire and Auto of Ashburn/Dulles during my lunch break at work to get my emissions done. This was my first time going here. When I arrived, there were two cars in front of me, so I knew there was going to be a wait. Within 2 mins, an employee with a clipboard was already filling out a form. He confirmed that I needed my emissions done and politely asked me to fill in my name. I asked him how long it would take since there were 2 cars ahead of me. He stated it should be about a half hour. After I finished the paperwork, I went and grabbed lunch. I arrived back at VTA of Ashburn/Dulles after about 25 mins. As I was walking, I could see my car being pulled out of the garage. I was actually expecting to wait 10-15 mins but the employee was right on the mark. The customer service is above average here than many other places I have been. more
