Do NOT USE THIS Company 8/4/2010

Samsung sent out Tim to look at my new 58"" 3D Plasma TV with blurred/ghosting on any movement on the screen. Halo effect around people moving or background pans. Tim said he could change every part and it would not be fixed. Told me there was an adapter that cost about $800 that would fix this. He saw the blurring/ghosting. Told me to call Samsung and tell them to send me another TV. Then he tells Samsung there is nothing wrong with the TV and it is to Specs!! So now I'm stuck with a piece of crap TV and Samsung won't do anything about it. He didn't mention to Samsung about the $800 part that would make my TV stop having the blurred motion!! Stay away from this company!!!!!!! more

Straight Shooters 6/14/2010

They did what they said they would do slightly cheaper than their quote. Helped me take the 265 pound TV out of my truck and helped me load it up during pickup. Honest group which is hard to find in this business. It was a 4 hour round trip for me but the people, the business, and the price made it worth it. Just nice to find an honest straight shooting repair company. Pros: Friendly, helpful, good to their word Cons: A little slow at keeping me updated more

Worst Customer Service Experience Ever! 12/28/2009

Hands down, the worst company I have ever dealt with. The previous positive reviews must have been written by the owner and his employees. Four months and $350 later and the imbeciles still couldn't repair my problem. Believe me you will have a much better experience if you go down to the pet store, rent a monkey and turn it loose with some tools. At least that would be entertaining. Samsung sent these guys to repair my 50 inch plasma and I'm very satisfied with the service. They are knowledgeable and did the right recommendation to Samsung to fix my problem. The service center is still working with Samsung to resolve the problem but the delay is happening from Samsung. Pros: Profesional and Friendly more

Not too shabby 5/5/2009

I recently had my TV die while watching American Idol. Pi$$ed off doesn't even come close to describing my emotions at the time. I immediately got on the horn with Samsung to get it fixed. The assigned me to Virginia Electronics. I got a call from them the next morning and the girl told me that they were ordering parts and it would be like 5 days. Once again, not happy. I got a call the next day saying that the part was in and they wanted to come out the next morning. The tech, Dave, showed up 20 minutes into my 2 hour window, and had my tv fixed in 30 minutes. All in all this was a great experience, aside from the fact that my tv broke. I would highly recommend this company. Pros: One trip fix Cons: 3 days without my tube more

Repaired my Refrigerator 5/4/2009

Took a while (had a worker out) to come fix it; but finally it is now fixed. Just poor comunication on their part. IF I used them again I would get written communication instead of just verbal on when they would arrive to service (kept changing). Scott the repair man was very nice professional and clean. One of the best service experiences I have ever had 4/23/2009

I had both a Panasonic and Samsung TV repaired. One under warranty, one was not. The technician was clearly an expert in his field. He had parts on the truck to fix the television upon arrival and the price for the cod repair was more than fair. I would recommend the company to anyone. USELESS, INCOMPETENT THIEVES 4/6/2009

These people are just milking the extended warranty business. They refused, after three visits to repair our piece of cr@p samsung tv, and reported back to samsung that it was ""within normal"" operating range despite making a loud annoying buzzing noise. Cons: Useless jerks - AVOID DOING BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS more
