I recently had my TV die while watching American Idol. Pi$$ed off doesn't even come close to describing my emotions at the time. I immediately got on the horn with Samsung to get it fixed. The assigned me to Virginia Electronics. I got a call from them the next morning and the girl told me that they were ordering parts and it would be like 5 days. Once again, not happy. I got a call the next day saying that the part was in and they wanted to come out the next morning. The tech, Dave, showed up 20 minutes into my 2 hour window, and had my tv fixed in 30 minutes. All in all this was a great experience, aside from the fact that my tv broke. I would highly recommend this company.
Pros: One trip fix
Cons: 3 days without my tube
