Hands down, the worst company I have ever dealt with. The previous positive reviews must have been written by the owner and his employees. Four months and $350 later and the imbeciles still couldn't repair my problem. Believe me you will have a much better experience if you go down to the pet store, rent a monkey and turn it loose with some tools. At least that would be entertaining. And who knows, you probably have the same chance of your problem being solved.
